Price is driven by three things: metal (karat and weight), stones (size, type, quality) and design complexity. Tell us a target budget and we design to it, then quote exactly before you commit. **How long does a custom piece take?** Around two to four weeks from approved CAD design to finished piece. Simple bands and settings are faster; intricate pavé, complex setting or a large sourced centre stone takes longer. Hard deadlines are quoted honestly up front. **How does the custom process work?** Five steps under one roof: (1) send an idea — sketch, photo, Pinterest board or description; (2) we discuss stone, metal and budget and quote; (3) we send a CAD design and 3D render for your approval, with free revisions at that stage; (4) after a deposit we grow or source the stones, cast, hand-set and polish; (5) balance is paid and the piece ships insured. Nothing goes into production until you have approved the render. **How do payments work?** Typically a 60% deposit once the CAD or order is accepted, with the balance due before the piece ships.
