Duties, VAT and Hallmarking handled before your piece ever leaves Bangkok
The number one worry about ordering jewelry from outside Europe is the knock on the door from customs. We remove it completely. Every order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): the price we quote is the final, landed price.
EU orders: import duty and your country's VAT (Germany 19%, France 20%, Netherlands 21%, and so on) are calculated into your quote and paid by us on your behalf.
UK orders: UK VAT and duty included plus legally required hallmarking through a UK-recognized Assay Office before delivery, so your gold piece is fully compliant under UK law.
Every order: fully insured door-to-door via DHL Express or FedEx, with tracking shared on WhatsApp.
Provenance you can actually show. Every diamond ships with its IGI certificate. Every piece ships with full documentation of its origin grown, cut and set under one roof in Bangkok, from a family that has worked this trade for over 35 years. In a European market where a majority of buyers want verifiable ethical origins, that paper trail isn't a nice-to-have. It's the product.
